UNIT PRICE: Price displayed in each column is the item unit cost imprinted in a Single color/Single location with specified stock imprint color unless indicated differently.

SET-UP CHARGE:For many products Set-Up is FREE for the standard imprint color.
For each product the basic Set-Up fee information is specified in the DETAILS tab below. For additional colors or options, fees are specified in the EXTRA CHARGES tab below.
PAYMENT: No Credit Card information or payment is required to place order.|
We will review your order and contact you if there is any issue. You will then receive a Sales Order, Imprint Proof and CC Form with all details for your final approval.
Payment will be processed once we receive all documents signed with your approval.
PRODUCTION TIME: Most calendars are shipped in 12 working days after we receive final signed approvals & payment.
Production days begin after we receive approval of your proof, not including the day approval is received. If proof approval is received after 3 PM EST, it will be considered as if received the following business day.
If you need order in hands for a specific date contact us before placing order to verify availability.
RUSH PRODUCTION: Based on time of year RUSH PRODUCTION is available on some of the products. Rush charges and restrictions apply.
FULL CUSTOM calendars require a longer production time.
SHIPPING:Shipping charges vary by product, quantity destination and shipping method used. These charges will be specified in the Sales Order you will receive after placing order.
• A quote can be provided before you place an order. Provide Item number, Quantity, destination ZIP or Postal Code. Specify if envelopes/packaging are also requested.
ARTWORK:When placing an order, your artwork can be submitted during the Ordering Process for files up to 2 MB in size.
Alternatively you can e-mail your art file to firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your e-order number of the Confirmation e-mail you will receive after placing your order.
Artwork file format accepted are: EPS, PDF vector formats. Make sure all fonts converted to outlines, curves or paths.
To assure quality printing, JPG and TIFF raster files need to be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher, at 100% of actual print size or larger.
ATTENTION: Low-res GIF, JPG, CGM, BMP, WMF, PICT, digital camera images, or web graphics cannot be used as acceptable artwork.
We will not be responsible for the quality of printing for low resolution artwork.

SAMPLE POLICY:We (Cuspro,Inc) will provide one FREE SAMPLE including regular ground shipping cost, up to a maximum of $7.00 based on first column product pricing. In some cases you may be required to pay shipping cost even if sample is FREE. Any samples exceeding this amount will require payment before the samples are shipped. Customer can Provide own Shipping Account number to cover shipping costs.|
** We reserve the right to refuse shipment of samples to anyone at own discretion. We may require a valid credit card information for address verification.
PLEASE NOTE: Sample cost will be credited once you place an order for at least the Minimum Quantity shown in the price grid of that particular item.
