Artwork Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines to submit your artwork for the printing of Calendars and Planners.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION INFORMATION

When placing an order, please provide artwork to be used for your custom imprint in one of the formats specified here below.
Art can be uploaded during or after the order processing.

For large files use our ART UPLOAD page.
For any questions or other reasons send your Artwork to art@cuspro.net

The following file types are accepted:

VECTOR ARTWORK :
EPS, AI, PDF or CDR files.
Please be sure convert all fonts to outlines, curves or paths. Placed images must be embedded. Files must be original vector files type. Changing a file extension to a vector file extension will not change the file type or quality.

RASTER ARTWORK :
PSD, JPG, TIFF, PNG or GIF  files.
To assure quality printing, files need to have original resolution of at least 300 dpi or higher, at 100% of actual print size or larger.
We will not be responsible for the quality of printing for low resolution artwork.

ATTENTION: Low-resolution art

If needed, we have a trained staff of graphic artists on hand to work with you for logo design, composition and layouts.
